Website maintenance is a range of tasks required to keep your site up to date, secure, and functioning correctly. The tasks are driven entirely by the needs of your website.
Website support are customer requests for work to be carried out on the website. These usually include creating new pages, amending existing content, adding popups etc. This service is charged at an hourly rate.
Website maintenance tasks are required to keep your website working properly. These tasks are driven entirely by the status or your website, plugins and server logs.
Website support tasks are driven by you and include changes to content, new pages and so on.
Product Licenses
Some of our websites (websites that we have built for our customers) use premium plugins that have monthly/annual subscription costs associated with them. These license costs are included only when hosted with Code Four Digital (does not include additional addons). If you decide to host your website elsewhere, then you will need to pay to continue to use these plugins. You can pay via Code Four Digital or purchase your own licenses.
